Position:

Project Manager

Reports to:

Vice President & General Manager

Job Summary:

Directly responsible for the construction of Scott Builders’ Projects from implementation phase through to completion. Ensures projects are completed safely, on-time, on-budget, according to contract and built to applicable specifications and scope of work.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to professionally and efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks on concurrently running projects, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Minimum 5 years of related construction experience.
• Experience with construction management and design/build projects.
• Familiarity with computerized project systems including scheduling, estimating, planning and cost control.

Education:

 

Post secondary degree in engineering or the equivalent of a designated Professional Engineer or a Technical School graduate in a construction related discipline.
