Strategies for Energy Efficiency in Your Building

Put meaning into “Going Green” with your building!
Join us for breakfast and gain perspective from 2 experts on the topic.

First, Melanie Ross a sustainability professional with Integral Group will show you a variety of strategies that make a lot of ‘green’ sense for your existing building. Learn which initiatives you could invest in and which ones will benefit immediately with payback periods as short as 1 or 2 years. You will be guided through the types of questions to ask and identify the people you should involve in selecting the right initiatives for your building type and occupants. From operations strategies to equipment upgrades, you will gain a better understanding of where to invest your time and money in your building for short and long-term gain.

Next, Mike will demonstrate the benefits of knowing where your building uses the majority of its energy through Green Metric City’s all-in-one web platform that displays energy generation, use and emissions. From there you can compare your building’s performance to others in the area and using this data you will be able to choose the most cost effective building improvements.
