Receptionist / Project Assistant
General Manager, Edmonton
Responsible for carrying out all administrative functions at the front desk in a professional and timely manner. Provides construction and administrative support for Project Manager or Superintendent. Work with Project Manager for data entry, paperwork, prepare and completion of Project job files, coordinating client billing information, and ensuring completeness of information required for tendering and construction. Taking/preparing/distribution of meeting minutes. Prepare complete project management files/ binders for detailed monitoring /filing of all project information to standard Scott system.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has the ability to professionally and efficiently handle multiple tasks on various projects, with excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Must have good computer skills.
- Business Administration diploma or combination of education and experience.
