Vice President & General Manager
The successful candidate will have the ability to work closely with the individual branch
Vice President and General Manager to execute the sales plan for the region. Primary duties will include the development of sales leads, consultation with owners on their building plans and the ability to create budgets for the work. Experience to interact with the construction team on job turnover and schedules is also important.
We are looking for an individual with a professional and pleasant demeanor with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks while working in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organization, strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to be successful in this position.
- 5+ years of construction experience.
- Knowledge of trades and suppliers.
- Ability to assist in the development of plans and create budgets for new and renovated facilities.
- Ability to turn jobs over to construction on completion of the sale.
Education and/or training in estimating and/or project management. PEng, CET, or CCA Gold Seal Certification an asset.
