PROJECT COORDINATOR
Operation’s Manager
The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Project Manager(s) on selected projects. Main duties will include data entry, preparation and completion of Project Manager’s job files, coordinating client billing data, reviewing construction drawings for accuracy, ensuring completeness of information required for tendering & construction.
We are looking for an organized individual who has the ability to professionally and efficiently handle multiple tasks on various projects, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Experience in construction not required, but an asset.
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office required
- A positive attitude with the ability to organize and coordinate with minimal supervision in a busy work place.
Construction Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
